Tarso Symmetrical Straight Last Shoes & Boots are made over straight lasts that are completely neutral, without inflare or outflare. Straight last shoes are useful in the transition from Tarso Pronator or Tarso Outflare to normal shoes.
They also have therapeutic value when there is some slight varus or inward swing of the forefoot commonly known as “pigeon toe”. If the foot has been previously treated and substantially corrected or the impairment considered too minimal to require early attention, Tarso Symmetrical Straight Last Shoes & Boots should be considered.
